Hey, Schwagg!

October 8, 2008

I’ve been taking a lot of flack for not having updated for so long (okay, so a year or so is a long time). Mainly I just haven’t been able to think of anything to write, but I’m sorry. Lion Ambassadors meetings have been underway for a while now, and this weekend are my t-shirt-making program, the marketing club’s Field of Screams trip, and a car wash fundraiser at the Commerce Bank nearby. But first, I had a five-chapter accounting test Thursday that I finally got to study for the night before with some of the Kappa Sig boys.

Lately my sleep schedule has been waaay out of whack. Let’s just say I’m updating right now (being 5:21 am) and I stayed up all night watching 3:10 to Yuma and Full Metal Jacket, and running to Sheetz after my apartment duty ended (7pm to 12am; it’s a CA thing). All in all, a pretty productive night. And can I just say, Vincent D’Onofrio is a favorite of mine, but ‘Gomer Pile’ is a freak. Anyway, I’m at the “overtired” point where, after you’ve forced yourself to stay awake long enough, you completely pass that stage and feel awake again. I’m so hungry, though!

My roommates all left me this weekend, and I have another apartment duty “tomorrow”, so hopefully I’ll make time for not only Heroes and hookah, but also a TON of homework I have to do, some of which is due Sunday, but basically everything else involving massive amounts of test prep.. Fun fun. THON fundraising started this weekend, and unfortunately I had prior obligations conflicting with the canning times, but I’m already so excited for February and the future canning trips leading up to it. That seems good for now, though, folks; I’ll stay more on top of this in the future (or try).
